These are our 1U Twin systems. Each
1U chassis contains two complete
machine nodes.
Each node can have up to 8GB memory and one
SATA drive.
Both
Xeon 3000 and
Core 2 CPUs are supported.
The memory is installed equally on the two nodes. Please note that
the hard drives are not shared. Instead they are independently
controlled by the node they connect to. So two drives
should be selected in order for both nodes to have OS installed.
